Make connections on the 2018 Canvas Road trip - Brisbane Grammar School, Queensland

Canvas is taking a road trip!

We are running a series of teacher-led events across the country to connect like-minded educators in your community, because good things happen when open, innovative minds get together to share ideas.

We want each pit stop of this road trip to create a great opportunity for educators to share their knowledge and experiences while also learning from their peers. At each event presenters from the host Schools will be sharing their stories and showcasing their successes on a wide range of topics.

After our first stop in Adelaide at St Peter’s Girls’ School, Canvas is coming to the Sunshine state with our next stop at Brisbane Grammar School

This time, Rory Chapman (Director of ICT) and Grant Harbour (Director of Digital Pedagogy and Learning Networks) from St. Andrew's Anglican College as well as Richard Humphrey (IT Manager) from The Southport School will be leading the session and sharing their stories including:

-How St. Andrew's Anglican College built consistent experience for students and teachers

-How they support continuous reporting

-How The Southport School migrated from a SharePoint LMS to a fully integrated (classes, parents, enrolments) instance of Canvas.

Time has also been allocated on the agenda for round-table discussions and networking to allow all attendees who wish to participate to showcase their own stories, successes and challenges with the larger group.
